Personalized Yoga Programs
The wisdom of yoga was originally taught one-on-one from teacher to student. Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Although group classes can have many benefits, including supporting each other’s practice and the feeling of co-creating a sweet energy together, there are times when personalized instruction is best. If you are recovering from an injury or have a chronic health condition you may need the extra care and attention a personalised program can offer. If you are new to yoga, a few private classes may be a safe and comfortable entry into group classes. Or, if you are ready to deepen your existing practice, working one-on-one can help you to progress and to reach your goals.
Most of my private classes and coaching sessions are offered online via Zoom tele-conferencing in either English or French. If you live in or near Sutton, QC, Canada then I can also offer in-person sessions.
